I have been working at Stars Behavioral Health Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

None at all. There is nothing good in working for Star's Inc. aka Stars Behavioral Health Group.

    Cons

Everything from salary to cost of benefits, including co-workers.

    Advice to Management

Procedures for job's/task are needed. Pay a decent living wage. People have bills to pay.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Stars Behavioral Health Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Some trainings available, flexible schedule, decent benefits.

    Cons

Work loads are too high and compensation is too low. Management is a mess, employees are treated unfairly, some staff are punished while others are not, client reports can easily have you fired, management does NOT have your back. Paperwork is over the top and no one is held accountable for anything. Frequently understaffed and dangerous working conditions. Super high turnaround due to low compensation and working environments.

    Advice to Management

Get on the same page, increase compensation to fair market rate, treat employees with respect, increase staffing to appropriate levels.

      Pros

Helpful training, supervision offered, great and supportive coworkers

      Cons

Challenge to work with management because heavier emphasis on maintaining billable productivity and felt this was every conversation when client care discussed, obvious for profit company

      Advice to Management

      Have greater accountability to staff
