    Pros

There are always excellent training opportunities within the company and outside resources/workshops. Flexible schedule opportunities. There is room for creativity in your work.

    Cons

Documentation is tidious and there is an excessive amount. Medi-Cal requirements in general requires lots of work and assessments.

    Advice to Management

Less ridgitity would be greatly appreciated. More appreciation towards the employees. More vacation time would be great. More self-care emphasis would be appreciated as well.

    Advice to Management

Pay a living wage, and actually listen to your employees. SVCS has a leadership committee and the participants create many great ideas, but managers who call the meetings frequently don't follow through; it's a mirage.
