    Pros

    - The people are a lovely.
    - The office is nice.
    - There's a decent coffee machine.
    - there is a new MD committed to turning things around, maybe he will be left to sort things out

    Cons

    - There is a complete lack of strategic direction
    - They attempt to reposition themselves unsuccessfully every 6 months
    - the owners are for the most part deeply unpleasant, offensive, distant and out-of-touch
    - there is no form of line management, reviews, personal development, training, internal communication...
    - they hired the single most inept, unprofessional, unqualified, narcissistic and misogynistic person i have ever met to lead the business. They fired him because he failed to bring in any business, not for any of these reasons listed above
    - little to warmth or appreciation from the owners for the people who have kept their business going despite their best efforts to destroy it

    Advice to Management

    - you no longer have what it takes to run a business of this kind do either step away, sell up or give up.

    Pros

The coffee machine makes a great espresso.

    Cons

The management are aggressive and highly inexperienced.
The company has no structure and no respect for its employees.
The approach to work is desperate, and its the clients that suffer.
The 'charge as much as you can get away with' strategy is immoral and very difficult to accept if you've worked for a reputable company prior to joining.

    Advice to Management

I have no advice for them other than to give up

    Pros

When its working well it attracts good people, and the mix of requirements on the work makes for some interesting challenges and outputs.

    Cons

Management lacking direction and focus, out-of-touch style and outlook misses opportunities and does not engage enough with those who know how to resolve the issues.

    Advice to Management

Focus of business is far to diluted and need to focus on what they know they can do well. The people inside the business want to do good work, don't obstruct them based on your own level of understanding of a problem.

    Talented people massively undervalued
It really isn't sure what it is - masquerading in many forms
