    System changed too quickly. Training was very vague and unclear.

    Marriott system are too out of date to benefit such a large corporations.

    Work environment. "Big brother feeling" because they track so many of your details. Little encouragement for growth.

    La formation était géniale.
    Les collègues que ce soit les managers comme les conseillers sont toujours lá pour aider.
    Les bureaux sont très bien éclairés

    Cons

    L'organisation des postes de travail lors de l'arrivée des employés de l’après-midi causait beaucoup de soucis notamment au niveau de l'heure de connexion au téléphone.

    I can not say too much regarding the cons. Only maybe the holiday system is very .everything else is ok.
