    Positive Outlook

I have been working at State Bank of India full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great learning experience with a plethora of assignments in Project Finance. Good and informal office culture. Open doors policy mostly. Big Brand - Leaders in Project Finance globally since 2009 Opportunity to work from origination to closure of an assignment unlike most other places where the job is done in silos.

    Cons

No clear HR Policy....keeps on changing every year. Promotions and increments at the whims and fancy of SBI without any roadmap. Only a single product organization - Bank Loans whether Project Finance / Corporate Loans / Restructuring or Refinancing contributes to 90% of the organizations revenues.
