    Pros

    employee friendly, good compensation, great work experience, job security, good social status, excellent training infrastructure, attractive perks, unlimited medical facilities for employees and 75% for family. Pension, PF and gratuity on superannuation

    Cons

    regular transfers, little scope of specialisation and joining a job family. Poor onboarding and mentoring infrastructure
