    Pros

    The colleagues were a delight to have, who quickly turned into great friends. It wasn't much of a stress with the people around. Most of them are extremely helpful.

    Cons

    The senior management have no clue as to what they are doing. Random wastage of company resources. LAck in providing guidance baring a few.

    Advice to Management

    It is important to motivate the employees. A proper guidance and know how is required to function optimally.

    Excellent projects to start your career with and a good training ground to learn fundamentals. Learning curve is very high in the initial years.

    Cons

    Slow growth in organization. Lesser pay compared to industry standards. Over hiring in recent years has increased the middle management and stunted growth.
