    Good start, health coverage, comparatively less workload (depends on group you're in)

    Cons

    Incompetent management, extreme salaries disparity, apple polishers on top notches, inconsistent career policies, lack of autonomy

    In 69 years, you even couldn't make sound policies.

    Pros

    Designated job. Medium range pay. Good medical benefits. Promotion cycle is on merit. Annual appraisal plus 2 year package.

    Cons

    Benefits are same as that of commercial banks overall. No pension. Bureaucratic environment. Leg Pulling as it is all over the world.

    Pros

    I got a chance to work in different roles within the department which gave me a better understanding of the banking departments role in the organization.

    Cons

    Work was a bit monotonous. Not very challenging. Plus the bureaucratic structure means that you need patience when dealing with other departments/people.
