I have been working at State Farm full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The benefits are nice. A lot of room for growth. Most of the people that are with State Farm stay there so you have a lot of 20+ year employees.

    Cons

The company reorganized and my department in Jacksonville, FL was moved to another city. Got stuck in SFPP which I did not like. They, atleast, made sure we were all able to stay with State Farm with a job offer....even if it was a down grade.
