      Pros

You get a pension and depending on you department you can have a good work life balance. The Good managers are good. Health care is good.

      Cons

Pay is below industry standards. The bad managers are the worst and you will make you regret ever coming to the company. Yearly raises are small and getting promoted in the role is really hard no matter what you do. The good and the bad employees are all treated the same.

      Senior Resource Manager

I'm currently interviewing for manager and senior manager positions within people operations, what are some questions you like to ask during interviews with directors and VPs?

What would be the best timeline for a follow up after an interview? I got interviewed and everything went super well. I had a couple of questions that the recruiter couldn't answer. She said she will get back to me the following week. This week is now that week.

Good morning, Has anyone ever been asked for an hour long second interview? Especially without discussing salary yet?! I have a two part second interview with a company next week that I am excited about, however, I still haven’t received a response when asking about salary, and it’s a total of an hour split between meeting with five people! Whew I’m a little nervous but more concerned that I may be wasting my energy for minimal pay.
