    Small business owners, so no benefits like health and 401k Only growth is to own your own State Farm which you need A LOT of money to open

    Agent just opened up his office and really know what was going. If I asked about the software or the products, his answer would be to call CCC. No benefits, Low Low pay for the work load.

    Contractor of the Agent. Low base salary, small commissions, do not own your book of business, premiums don't match the marketplace. No benefits
