    The people are great and there are always opportunities to raise your hand and take on a new challenge that can propel your career forward. Just like any other company, your career growth at STT is what you make of it.

    The company is investing in its people and technology which is great. The focus on innovation and next gen technology in our company and industry is exciting.

    None that are exceptional and worth noting.

    Pros

    The put a lot of effort into developing younger employees and willing to give career changers a shot. Good benefits, vacation time. Motivated employees can move ahead pretty quickly,l. A wide range of opportunities in the company or work for clients. If you have a desire to move, there are opportunities all over the county and world wide.

    Cons

    Low pay for associates and officers and above are overworked.

    Systems are outdated. Too much emphasis on offshoring jobs.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in systems and American workers, not India.
