Some clients you service can be high maintenance resulting in busy cycles that require working overtime.

People, flex is encouraged by the management, benefits, staff gets paid overtime, start with 3 weeks of vacation, supportive environment.
Compensation: Very small or no raises (some raise with promotion); bonuses are not high either. So, start high! Xx xx
