    -Many opportunities for career growth
    -Cross training and knowledge sharing are always available to become more proficient whether you want to get better at what you do or prepare to take on more responsibility.

    Cons

    Some clients you service can be high maintenance resulting in busy cycles that require working overtime.

    Pros

    People, flex is encouraged by the management, benefits, staff gets paid overtime, start with 3 weeks of vacation, supportive environment.

    Cons

    Compensation: Very small or no raises (some raise with promotion); bonuses are not high either. So, start high! Xx xx
