    Pros

None other than the office in Capita Tower.

    Cons

It's a very bad company to work with.

    - they do not value capable people. They value people who are good at talking and playing politics. That said, compensation, reward and recognition is not fair. If you're good at making yourself "seen" and can be submissive, this place is for you. You will be able to progress within the company fast. You don't need to be good at work.

    - state street Singapore works like a small company being affiliate of State street US. They will tell you they are MNC and is VERY big. But how big it is when policy is not clear. The global hq have policy over flexi work, compensation, study support and that are all for show. Only a few small teams in Singapore practise that. If you're in AIS team, forget it. The "top manager" just squeeze out of all the staffs to keep the budget to herself. If you're not their favourite, you basically can forget about anything more than basic salary.

    - smart people won't stay with the company. Because those less than that are around to make your life a hell in order to protect their interest. This in turn result in low quality of work delivered to clients and the cycle goes round. But if you're the less than capable and the boss's favourites, you'll be praised that you have done well and it's the client's problem. If you're a capable person, you'll be loaded with tasks and they will tell you that you haven't perform too well and have rooms for improvement.

    Advice to Management

Value the right people in your company if you value your client.
