    Pros

    Convenient location To mbta. Base pay is decent. Parking is free. Lots of discounts for local gyms. Overall decent place to work

    Cons

    Management ignores problematic people and lets them disrupt the positive atmosphere. Caf isn’t great. Food could definitely improve with variety

    Great place to jump in and learn the custodial side of the business

    Cons

    Very little career advancement doing well just gets you more of the same work and prevents you from leaving

    Advice to Management

    As you transition from a labor intensive workforce to a more automized system you should think about how to help your workforce redeploy.

    Pros

    It’s a great job out of college, there are a lot of young graduates right out of college. You can relate to a lot of issues as you go through them together.

    Cons

    There is a really high turnover. It has a steep learning curve and many employees simply press the buttons without knowing what they do.
