    Good platform to gain knowlwdge.where as there is a chance of getting transition.working hours wol be reasonable compare to other organization and also very less work pressure.

    Increase the appraisal and also bonus to employees managers are

    Great company to work in if you are planning to make it your life career.

    Cons

    The pay is very low for the amount of hours they are requiring employees to work. And as for health care benefit, one of the worst I have ever had.
