    Pros

    Great company to work for! There are a lot of people working on very interesting projects.

    Cons

    The company culture does not bode too well for lower level employees. ( associates 1/2 and AVP)

    Build an environment where you are developing talent and not poaching talent from other banks.

    FLEX. WFH.
    If you're a recent grad or someone not sure that the 9-5 works for them this is huge.

    Cons

    Low pay compared to the industry, huge skill level gaps between people in the same position, poor management.

    Pros

    The put a lot of effort into developing younger employees and willing to give career changers a shot. Good benefits, vacation time. Motivated employees can move ahead pretty quickly,l. A wide range of opportunities in the company or work for clients. If you have a desire to move, there are opportunities all over the county and world wide.

    Cons

    Low pay for associates and officers and above are overworked.

    Systems are outdated. Too much emphasis on offshoring jobs.

    Invest in systems and American workers, not India.

    Knowledgeable, and great work environment. Coworkers are easy to get along with, and the option to work from home is great!

    Great for ENTRY LEVEL

    Cons

    Managerial politics, getting promoted is all about who you know. Certain managers tend to micromanage and have a short-fuse. If they don't like you, you're gone in hearbeat
