I worked at State Street as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great support from internship manager, structured program, the team cares about your success, lots of opportunities to develop your skills and network. After working for the summer as an intern I was extended to work part time through the fall.

    Cons

Internship program has some room for improvement - would be nice to have more events to get to meet other interns as otherwise it can be hard to do so.

    Pros

flexible hours, easy work (once you get through the learning curve),

    Cons

boring, monotonous, mundane, stressful at first

    Advice to Management

Officers are doing the best they can given the circumstances. If upper management wants to see more success out of this office, they need to invest. Due to the wage and lack of challenge, a lot of kids dont take it seriously at all.
