    No opinion of CEO

I worked at State Street Syntel full-time

    Pros

The company is as good as your manager. I was really lucky to have great managers to work with.

    Cons

HR needs improvement in their outlook towards employees.

    Advice to Management

Train your HRs to first listen carefully to the employees. Many problems go away just by giving a good, open minded and comforting discussion. Just iterating policies that employees know doesn't help. Train them to learn to take the voice of employees to management not just the other way around.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

stop taking advantage of us highly educated, poor people who have few opportunities here in India - treat us like human beings - it's not right to have us work twice as many hours as State Street people in America and pay us 10 cents on the dollar
