Thank you for sharing your comments and recommending State Street as a good place to work! It is great to read that you have experienced the benefits of flexible work options. As far as growth and development is considered, we have various avenues in our organization to speak up and make our voice heard so that our colleagues get equal opportunities to grow. – I personally believe that current changes put us on a good path to reducing red tape to minimum. One example are multiple bottom-up initiatives where employees drive changes. Anna, Human Resources, Officer

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’ve also found that State Street’s benefits and work from home flexibility have greatly enhanced my experience at the company. In particular, I really appreciate the addition of a “Birthday Day Off” – it’s a unique benefit and tells me that our company thinks it’s important to take time for myself. The work from home program has become extremely important in these unprecedented times! With regards to offshoring, as a global company I know that we are striving to meet the needs of our clients all over the world and it is important that we have staff across the world to support them.
