      Stayed for the People

      Pros

Most of the people are great. There is a lot of transparency between managers and associates.

      Cons

Management was not great. There just wasn’t enough time for anyone to actually manage. Daily processing had constant deadlines and issues, long hours of tedious tasks, and no one was truly happy with the job in general. With what little time they had to deviate from daily tasks, they did not invest enough on high-performers. Non-realistic expectations for development and growth. They have the resources, but no one has time to allocate towards development without overtime. Software was archaic. Tasks were heavily macro driven. Moral was low.
