    Pros

Helping students pass their exams to serve 85% of their prison sentence; students are able to get better jobs and more pay; learning as I taught

    Cons

It was prison. I think that sums it up.

    Advice to Management

Allow more tutors per classroom; stop taking jobs away; stop making unnecessary changes

    Pros

The benefits are very good at a very good price. Many employees are very dedicated to help our community despite generally poor compensation.

    Cons

A fear based environment for both employees and management. Frequently violates hiring policies, e.g. post a job but already have selected a 'favorite'of a manager or the Director. Giving customer service in Human Resources is viewed as 'doing too much'. (Happily, employees don't act that way with the public.

    Advice to Management

I hope you do what is concerned 'good management'. but make sure you have a back-up job.
