    Pressure to do more than what you already do The State has a high turnaround pay needs to be a little more than what is paid.

    I worked as a Budget Analyst for 3 years at this office. Very laid back.

    Cons

    Workload can be very heavy at times and light at others. Must be willing to work varying hours when workload is high.

    I loved the people I worked with. They were a very tight knit group.

    The cut in pay for your retirement. Always changing people to different locations to work.

    Listen to their employees. Now that director J is on the team it has gotten a lot better.
