I worked at State of California State Personnel Board

Great benefits, friendly co-workers who are willing to help any time you need it

I have been working at State of California State Personnel Board

    Pros

not much is required of you. best kept secret is govt employment. must be able to tolerate mediocrity and incompetence.

    Cons

pay is low as it always is for goverment jobs, impossible to get fired, working conditions involve a great deal of resource restriction

    Advice to Management

classic advice is to listen to the workers who are actually doing the job and not make policies without consideration of workers
