More extensive training program needed
Pros
Anyone seeking a high level or manage not position should reconsider. Current management team is disconnected from its employees and fosters an environment of no growth, no support, and no accountability. Only lower level employees are held accountable, while those in higher administrative positions are allowed to carry on with very inappropriate behavior.
Cons
Benefits and stability with government employment.
Pros
Great to transition from law school to private practice. Interesting cases and the hours aren't bad.
Cons
You'll make about half of what you will at a firm--but you'llwork less
