    It was a remote position and I enjoyed my coworkers. The benefits were great

    The salary is not greatest but the benefits and quality of life makes up for it.

    Can be very stressful and overwhelming at times.

    Management needs to get on the same page about exactly how to apply the policies that are laid out in reference to processing of cases.
