    Good benefits. Good people working there.

    Cons

    Dealing with juvenile delinquents can be challenging. You have to have to be patient and have the right mentality. Hours can be difficult. They force you to work double shifts if they are shorthanded.

    Figure out why people leave and address those issuescinstead of continuing to make those that stay feel replaceable. Look at your managers.
