    Pros

    Great benefits, flexibility to take sick/annual leave. Never given a hard time if I need to take a day off to care for a sick child.

    Cons

    Low pay, not a lot of promotional opportunities outside of Tallahassee.

    Advice to Management

    Give more incentives, bonuses, raises would be really nice.
