    Pros

Great insurance benefits; hours conducive to balanced personal/family life; Non-competitive environment; relative stability

    Cons

Include every level of staff in the big picture focus so that staff buy in to the agency philosophy and feel invested in the processes so that they can positively contribute to the successes of the agency (and ultimately the state).
