      Pros

      - As long as you have good work ethic, and are generally a good person, you wont have any issues making friends. If you go above and beyond for them, they will do the same for you. - They never leave you stranded on a job by yourself if it is too much, all you have to do is ask for help and someone is almost always available - If you are like me and love overtime, and the money that comes with it, there is plenty available towards the end of the season.

      Cons

      - Some of the tasks you may perform are not always the most fun thing in the world, whether its monotonous, or dirty/gross. Just try to at least make the best of it and you will be ok. - Lots of people leave for college or some other kind of schooling at the end of the season, so things can become a little strenuous at times. - Your scheduled hours can become a little wacky due to people leaving at the end of the season.

        Pros

Met great people that I enjoyed working with

        Cons

Overworked yet they refuse to hire more people, there's beef between 1st and 2nd shifts, one of the supervisors has (literal) brain damage and can never remember or respond to anything you tell him, women (especially the blonde ones) are treated more fairly than anyone else. Rangers have major attitude and a god complex. Sometimes I was the only stw working on a busy, summer day and it's just not worth it

I've completed an initial phone screening interview, followed by a 2-hour interview with the Department VP. Next in the process are three separate 90-minute peer interviews. Is there a possibility of another interview after the peer interviews, or should I anticipate receiving an offer?
