    Pros

Flexible schedules. Good benefits - especially if you have worked there for several years.

    Cons

Work for Managers that aren't qualified; Suffer daily in environment filled with work place harassment; 2 faced management; DHHS doesn't care about the health & welfare of the workers

    Advice to Management

20 years ago managers were sent to training to learn how to be leaders & managers, but that doesn't happen anymore. They don't have a clue. Teach them!

I worked at State of Michigan part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great people to work with. I didn't get benefits because I was part time but the benefits looked really good.

    Cons

I was a student assistant so once I graduated I couldn't work there anymore. They limited the hours for student assistants half way through the year so a bunch of people had to take time off so they wouldn't be over the year maximum hours.

    Advice to Management

Create a career track for students so once they graduate they have a job
