Overall great to work for. UIA is often very busy with Covid related claims so they do force overtime (10 extra hours per week). They do a quarterly raise about twice a year, which quickly catapults your salary.
Cons
Forced overtime. You have to request 5+ days off during request period. If you fail to do so, you have to configure your time off to not have 5 days consecutively off (not a whole week)
