Supportive staff, provides the resources needed to do your job efficiently, includes trainings and CEU's usually paid for, New positions constantly opening up and the ability to switch departments after somebody has met their probation period.

Constant changes to rules and expectations, high caseloads, high expectations, sometimes little to no training at the beginning, no availability for overtime
