no work/ life balance. They will mandate you to work ot even if you have prior personal engagements. They are reducing benefits. You are required to furlough once a month.

Great pay scale (as long as 5-year long furloughs don't come back), good benefits, nice co-workers.
Cons
At the Belrose office we were once told not to talk outside of breaks, and you're here to be seen, not heard , during furloughs, we couldn't take our time off when needed, "I tell you when you can take off." Yikes!
