Good pay... promoting is a joke
Aug 22, 2019 - Family Services Specialist in Reno, NVRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I liked the pay and benefits (they were good before ACA at least). Not much good to say, the training was sloppy and surface. They had people who never trained before training, and people who never supervised before supervising, and people who never managed before managing. Sorry, guess thats not a pro
Cons
As much as they say they promote based on performance and skill, they don't. I watched the new boss's old team get promoted one by one to supervisor until all the sups were the boss's buddies.

They would say good benefits. But it you pass the probation period. They don't really care about you on how you can further or grow in the state.
Cons
Coworker said the place is micromanaged but worse decision made. I never saw my supervisor, I was told two ladies were in charge of me who were white. Coworker trained me, since he has been there the longest he was treated like a king. No one was in the building Sundays and was not given a safety device. I would bring up my concerns they would not care. Everyone worked at home I was treated unfairly.
