    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at State of North Dakota full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits are good and the solid state of job security is well in doubt.
Some decent people to work with.

    Cons

Not enough pay for what the job requires you to do.
Main office tends to not have your back on calls you have to make. They tend to bend over easily for companies when they're suppose to be regulating and enforcing.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the people out working in the field and are seeing issues first hand and not from behind a computer screen.
