Counselor

I have over 16 years experience working in the Healthcare Industry. Working for Hospitals/ Nursing Homes and State of Ohio Department of Medicaid. I am really interested in a Marketing or Pharmaceutical Sales position. I have no doubt about my ability to offer great customer service, however I stuggle with confidence in selling my self to an employer with no experience. Any advise or is this just unreasonable?
