Reviews about "great benefits"

Pros
Good pay. Great benefits compared to other nursing jobs. Less use of actual nursing skills, but more use of interpersonal communication skills.
Cons
If you have a thin skin, or cannot keep a positive outlook - this isn't the job for you. If you dwell on the negative; this isn't the environment for you. If you can keep your own center, and not let others influence your mood; this is a good job and an opportunity to be a positive roll model for folks who really need it.

Pros
Great benefits! Typical 8-5 job. Paid for what you do. Jobs are fairly simple and training is more than adequate
Cons
Advancement opportunities are scarce. If you want to be a manager then you need to live in Columbus. Fixed salary. No incentive pay.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Great benefits, decent pay and good experience. If you stick around for a long time (20+ years) the pension and vacation are great.
Cons
A lot of bureaucracy, when you start it takes a lot of time for vacation to accrue. Also as a warning it usually takes four weeks to get your first pay check.
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★

Cons
People are against any change

Paid well; benefits are great; good boundaries with staff and management

The trading for this job is ridiculously difficult. Of the 10 people I trained with, only 1 person stayed more than 3 months.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
State Government is the way to go if you want decent salary and great benefits.
Cons
Not much opportunity to advance.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
