    Pros

    State of Oklahoma has great insurance, vacation and sick time.

    Cons

    No salary increase for 12 years since Republicans took over the legislature. Don't work for the state if you want salary increases

    Advice to Management

    Governor and legislature to stop giving corporate welfare and take care of state employees and teachers

    Regular paycheck and benefit package (Knock wood) and have your own office.

    Your work will be graded constantly and nit picking is common

    Pros

    Very good hours. Really good training. Very nice work environment. Not to stressful, management works with you.

    Cons

    Of course you can always use more pay. Only paid once a month. State is currently in a budget crisis. Parking lot is being rebuilt very inconvenient to get to work.

    Pros

    This job has great insurance, retirement and leave. No weekends and no evening work. Great work environment and rewarding work.

    Cons

    This job has low pay and not competitive for the responsibility and required skill. Employer is usually short staffed and computer system is archaic and not user friendly

    I don't have any advise for management. There is not much they could do to address the cons.
