Pros
It is a great place to work as far as government employment goes. The work is meaningful and important, and the people are nice and easy to get along with.
Cons
The management seems to micro-manage every important project, and there is not a lot of room for advancement. But overall it is a good place to work.

Pros
Take home cars and the state paid for the maintenance of them. You can get your certification for free and transfer to an actual good agency!
Cons
Pretty much everything is terrible. They treat you very poorly little room for advancement. Low salary. They will work you to death and deny your transfers and other requests do to the lack of manpower. The lack of manpower is do to there poor decisions and inability to retain employees.
Advice to Management
Change everything and start over. You currently put all the people that work on the road in jeopardy due to your inability to retain employees. If someone gets hurt on the job you are 100% to blame for not providing enough backup.
