    Pros

Excellent benefits, lots of time off, longevity pay, training opportunities, management gets classes in how to be a manager.

give regular, or at least yearly employee evaluations so that we know where we stand with the team, how we can improve etc....

The building is beautiful. The people are so welcoming and willing to help. Pay is excellent. Management is very cool.

    Pros

The state provides great benefits. In a world of confusing health benefits, the state is rock solid. Sorry to say, but a great place to get sick, treated and well. Good retirement plan and huge payoff if you leave early

    Cons

Hours can be unpredictable if you are good. Weekends keen nothing so just expect to work night and day and be thankful when off

    Advice to Management

Think outside box. Give employees freedom. The bureaucracy can get thick and kill free thinking.
