    Pros

You get paid, free parking, several holidays.

    Cons

Poor management, no raises unless your upper management, they don't trust you enough to work from home so you spend 2-3 hours in traffic and too exhausted to have a life M-F.

Employees don't leave jobs, they leave managers. Encourage and reward your employees and they will make you look good.
