    Free health, vision, and dental insurance with the employee only Heath centers.

    Hard to advance in security without at some properties.

    Pros

    Supervisors and coworkers were generally nice. Decent hourly pay with a 3 dollar raise after 12 months. Good free benefits and free food at the team dining room. Also can transfer easily to other properties or positions after 90 days.

    Cons

    Can be hard to get the shift you want. Not enough overtime offered.

    Pros

    Great team members Good Benefits Fun Workplace Events for TM's families and Christmas Parties

    Cons

    Below Average pay Corporate manages to save face, not to run a company HR doesn't follow their own policies and procedures No Raises Crappy break room food No floaters for Salary management, even though most put in 12 hours a day. No sick days for TMs.

    Pros

    The chance to move up in this company is amazing. You just have to show that you want it and they will help you out.

    Cons

    Pay could be a little higher as an incentive to keep employees. There is a high turnover rate. Communication is a big issue here.

    Set schedule. Fun environment. Great guest. Clean uniforms. Free meals. Good insurance. Promotion opportunities.

    Cons

    Unrepeatable management. Inconsistent practices. No room for team member input. Unrealistic expectations. Favoritism. Hypocrisy

    Pros

    Full time shifts, meal is provided, decent break periods, uniform is provided, benefits are available.

    Cons

    Limited advancement, they will find ways to terminate people instead of giving them a pink slip (ie, failure to greet, recorder busted during shift, failure to make announcement), employees have to pay for their benefits on the smaller casinos.
