I have been working at Staybridge Suites full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Most lower level employees are friendly. Easy job.

    Cons

Management is a hot mess. They'll promise you rotating weekends off when you get hired but then you'll work over a month without any weekends at all (unless you're best friends with the housekeeping manager). They promise you 40 hours a week but try to rush you out by 3pm every day. They'll change the schedule without notifying anyone who is off the day of the change. They do not pay enough for this area. We work in an oilfield town. No one working here can afford rent on their income alone.
