    People are nice, hotel is run pretty well

    Cons

    Low pay, they will try to get you to take the worst shifts and make you do things that don't fall under your responsibility.

    Pros

    Great coworkers. You will make friends if you stay for a long time.

    Cons

    No enough hours Very low pay No benefits No bar manager, you manage yourself The bar is always missing something Managers don't care much for the bar

    Advice to Management

    Care more for the Bartenders and the bar. Have more shifts for employees.

    I worked at Staybridge Suites full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Okay Breakfast and some rooms are kept clean

    Cons

    Very Poor upper management runs property into the ground. Treats employees unfairly and very low pay.

    Advice to Management

    Sell the hotel to a company that truly cares about quality and customer service for you are in the hospitality industry!
