    I worked at Staybridge Suites

    Pros

    Their cross-training allows you to be employable at almost every lower-level aspect of the business, which is great for future management experience. Benefits and Employee Engagement are great!

    Cons

    Upper Management decisions at my location caused a rift between the management and staff, which saw multiple personnel in maintenance and housekeeping walk out the door.
