Nothing is good. They can hire and fire you any time. Good thing is CTO & founder is out (he has no idea as to what he is doing technically). Best CEO, good background, He built very good marketing team, but unfortunately product failed technically because of former CTO mistakes (tried all technologies without knowledge & with out changing old code), Bad technical design. Good place to learn politics.
Worst product management team ever seen, they dont know about product. they dont know what they are doing. Worst Development Management poor in technical simply people management and politics. Worst dev managers & leads they dont know about technology but they are technical leaders. (e.g .Net guy leading java developers, sql leader for java developers, Weblogic administrator lead java guys) Worst testing ever seen, always try to create more politics. Lot of technical never share the information for newly joined persons especially who are staying more than 7,8, 10 years. All technical guys already left the company because of old employes, they will not share any information and management also encourage those people and retain if they are resign, management not encourage who working professionally. CTO & founder is out is good thing, but still we have other who are staying 7,8, 10 years with out technical knowledge they dont know latest technologies.17Steelwedge Software Response8y

They give you laptop one the very first day with no USB access
Everything is dependent on your manager and managers are not trained for people management. No Onsite opportunities. Very bad leave policy. No cab facility If you get late.12Steelwedge Software Response8y
We realize that we are not a great fit for everyone and are sorry that your time with us was not satisfactory. Thank you for your feedback.

A leading edge technology company with a great product and management team - a who's who list of successful leaders, a great product, as repeatedly noted by industry experts and clients. I'm an industry veteran and believe we are definitely on the fast track to growing to new heights. It is unfortunate that people who didn't adapt to change have negative things to say.
Not enough time to support all the requests in a day1Steelwedge Software Response8y
We appreciate your feedback. It is a very exciting time at Steelwedge and we appreciate you recognizing this.

As expected, a leading edge technology company with growing pains in a very competitive market. Best product and management team - a who's who list of successful leaders, a great product, as repeatedly noted by industry experts and clients. I'm an industry veteran and believe we are definitely on the fast track to growing to new heights. It is unfortunate that people who didn't adapt to change and needed to move on are struggling, as indicated by their comments. Change is constant - be a part of the solution
The challenge of not having enough time in the day to fully address all that is so very exciting and valuable to our customers.3Steelwedge Software Response8y
The changes we are experiencing are not unique to Steelwedge, although painful at times. We, too, believe this is very exciting time as we transform the business and appreciate your contribution.

Good only for those who play politics and blame others. Several people who are with the company for several Years play all sorts of games and are surviving, Steelwedge is safe haven for them.
Bad top management and CEO. Hyderabad center do not even have a center-head. No process, no road map. Work culture is bad. Push you with lot of work that weekends are gone. All hours, all days are working. Layoffs and lot of good people are leaving the company from last one Year. Even the CTO & founder is out.13Steelwedge Software Response8y

Good environment to learn. Good product
Lot of politics and insecurity within middle management. Company Lost its direction. Frequent and Constant changes in upper management causes chaos and confusion. No clear career growth path. Only a few yes men get good opportunities. Corporate Strategy and Philosophy changes frequently.14Steelwedge Software Response8y
Thank you for noting that we are a great place to learn. We love employees who take on meaningful responsibility quickly, and who are keen to learn and evolve. With our direction clearly set and PlanStreaming launched in October, we hope you find the concerns you noted addressed for 2016.

Over Work load, no proper re-cognization for hard workers. Improper people at improper positions. Too much of micro management by senior executives.Frequent and Constant changes in upper management causes chaos and confusion. No clear career growth path.17Steelwedge Software Response8y
