I have been working at Steiner Leisure full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very friendly staff and a great HR department.

    Cons

Work during holidays and company events.
Yearly bonus generally was only 30-40% of one month salary.

    Advice to Management

Management was very distant, especially for a small team. It would be better to try and connect with the members of your team.

I worked at Steiner Leisure full-time

    Pros

The only good thing about the job is the amount of countries you get to visit on the ship. Even then, you only get to see a lot of countries if you get lucky with your ship, otherwise you will be doing the same 3 or 4 countries for 9 months. Its also very rare you are allowed off the ship.

    Cons

Very long work hours, little pay, little respect from employers and a lot of the guests, zero freedom to choose your hours or what you do in your job. Never really allowed off the ship. Incredibly boring.

    Advice to Management

Allow employees greater freedom in their jobs and work hours. Also allow employees a full day off once in a while, 9 months without a day off is very tough
