    Pros

StepStone is like a complex mechanism where every member of staff is important for StepStone to stay the best of the best.
Working at StepStone is quite flexible as long as the results are there.
The international environment makes the job challenging and interesting. You meet/work with many people with a lot of expertise in different domains.
    The location is great.

    Cons

Progress of projects can be slow because of different priorities within the group. This is extremely frustrating for people who want to move forward.

    Advice to Management

Adhere and communicate a clear vision that is the guiding principle for all entities/managers in the group to come to faster and better results

I have been working at Stepstone full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great place to work, fun environment, nice colleagues, opportunities regarding projects, difficult to grow in the vertical hierarchy but if you are good you get plenty of opportunities.

    Cons

Although there is a long term vision regarding the company, a vision is missing regarding the evolution of the core business. It's an Internet business, things change fast, but the core business of StepStone basically didn't change in 15 years.
