    Positive Outlook

    Pros

Everyone's voice can be heard and taken into account. any suggestion is welcome. since the company is small you get to be more hands on and not just typical office work.

    Cons

Since is a new start-up, the career growth will be determent by the company growth. Lack of funding on project. but that limitation will makes you think outside the box more.

I worked at Steria (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Work life balance
    Nice facilities
Used to be good until new tsl head took over.

    Cons

Current tsl head lacks leadership skills and has a group if sycophants as his direct reports.
Utter disrespect for someone's skill set, work ex,talent and career aspirations.
Tsl head has a regressive mindset against women and his group of sycophants openly pass
    Obnoxious comments against pregnant colleagues.
Accounts are lost and instead of holding managers responsible they are being promoted.
Senior management fails to motivate people.
No one is a role model and people despise them.
Sr.Managers doing the role of TL just for billing.
Tsl head always carries a glum face, tries to steal eyes from people.
You lose all your motivation and enthusiasm on seeing his face.

People can not perform to best of their potential because of the dull and demotivating environment.

    Advice to Management

    Get lost!!

    Pros

    honestly, none !!!
or maybe just for a good health insurance :) you will need it for sure !!!
the managers are really good, the prrof, they make money, but they are unable to keep their employees more than one year...

    Cons

When you're in Steria, you're just a slave... never mind how a good slave you are, you will always be treated only like "meat"...
for the rating about "recognition & feedback" it is 4 for the feedback (thank you, you really did a very nice job) and 1 for recognition (although all the nice job you did, we can not pay you more than you are already paid)...

    Advice to Management

R.E.S.P.E.C.T people please !!! and give a little money of the much money you earn !!! you are so mean !!!
