    I have been working at Steritech full-time

    Pros

    Some opportunity to work from home from time to time other than that not much to this place and when you do you feel like a zombie from analyzing old systems all day

    Cons

    Micro managers, lack of trust, constant negative feedback, always blame Specialists, talk about on-brand and only a few actually follow it but all pretend to do it, terrible work life balance, inconsistent leadership and messaging, claim to be teams but forget about collaboration, no structure or levels if your a Manager you may as we'll be a Specialists as the work is all doing very little business skills needed or developed, no future or very little upside after you join, honestly worst company culture I have ever seen , can't wait to leave....soon.

    I have been working at Steritech full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Hard to come up with pros! They tell a good story during the recruitment phase. All the benefits sound great, but rarely come about.

    Cons

    Service Specialists poorly treated. Company increases workload without compensation. Does not recognize accomplishments and punishes individuality. Constantly running understaffed. Mandates overtime and insists on vacation delays due to lack of coverage.
