Negative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Sterling Bank and Trust full-time for more than a year
Pros
Poor middle management means you can do a mediocre job and still have a career here. If you need an ent try level job with zero experience, this is the place for you. They hire inexperienced people all the time with low pay. You don’t learn much but at least you get your foot in the door
Cons
Nasty management from lower to executive level. It’s not surprising that the turnover is so high. Also not surprising the CEO quit. I’m sure I wouldn’t want to work at a place where my team has cheated and lied and has now caused the bank to be in massive trouble. This bank has ruined their reputation and the people that have stayed are the ones that have nowhere else to go.

Cons
Poor upper management especially people in Michigan. They don’t care about employees at all. They really don’t give a (you know what). Trainers suck, branch support group suck, branch managers in busy locations good, other branch managers suck.
