    I think it's good hospital for work or salary wise but isn't it....

    Cons

    It's not good environment for staff nurses to work because we have doing many extra dutes in every week that's why we are not doing better treatment to patient and we also lose our healty for more and more doing extra duty but management not recruite trained staff after all this....

    Advice to Management

    We suggest recruitments trained staff as well as better work environment for less hours duty...
